Theoretical Particle Physics

The Theoretical Particle Physics group is mainly active in particle physics phenomenology. Work which relates theory to quantitative predictions for collider experiments. The group is subdivided into smaller, more informal, research groups centered around different research areas, which again are clustered into different categories, centered around the individual researchers' projects. They include QCD for event generation, Physics beyond the Standard model and Low energy hadronic physics.

Bachelor's or master's students often carry out their projects within one of these research groups, with a single supervisor.
